We've collected over 500 trees to turn into bio fuel!

We kicked off our tree collections this week and with the help of some fantastic volunteers we’ve been able to collect 563 which has helped raise over £10,000 for Hospice care.
 
This year we have worked with Just Helping and S & D Landscapes to collect and turn each donated tree into bio fuel.
 
Adrian Greenwood, Fundraising Manager said: “We would like to thank everyone who registered a tree and donated so generously. We would also like to say another huge thank you to all our volunteers and S & D Landscapes as without their incredible support this fundraiser would not be possible.”
 
We also donate 10% of all money raised to another local charity. This year we’re delighted to be supporting Pontefract Community Kitchen, a local group run by a small number of volunteers who help support and provide hot and cold meals to members in our community.
