We aim to collect your donated items within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday between 8am–4pm. If you need a faster collection, just give our team a call.

I confirm that all soft furnishings have fire labels attached. I understand that goods need to be in a saleable condition and meet health and safety requirements.*

I understand that items maybe declined by PWH van drivers at the point of collection if they’re items PWH is unable to sell.*

Gift Aid

If you are a tax payer, don’t forget to tick the box to Gift Aid and make the value of the goods you are donating worth an extra 25% to the Hospice.

I want to Gift Aid my donation and any donations I make in the future or have made in the last 4 years to The Five Towns Plus Hospice Fund Limited (trading as The Prince of Wales Hospice). I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference. By completing this declaration you agree to The Prince of Wales Hospice acting as your agent in selling the goods you have donated, and will donate in the future, and that a commission charge of 1% (inc. VAT) will apply. You own all items provided for sale. You allow The Prince of Wales to sell the items in whatever manner it decides to maximise the sale value. You allow The Prince of Wales Hospice to recycle or otherwise dispose of any goods it considers unsuitable for sale, or that have not sold, and that unsold goods will not be returned to you. You will be contacted up to four times a year to advise that your items have sold, and to confirm that you consent that the proceeds of the sale can be donated to The Prince of Wales Hospice. We will wait until the proceeds reach a minimum amount before contacting you. We reserve the right to terminate the agency agreement at any time. Please notify us if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or address, no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains tax.
