Connecting and supporting one another

Spending time with others, trying something new, or simply getting out of the house can make a real difference to your wellbeing. Our community activities offer welcoming spaces where patients, carers and families can meet others, share experiences, and enjoy supportive opportunities.

Our sessions are relaxed, inclusive and open to people at different stages of illness and caring.
