Celebration Tree

We want you to show your support of The Prince of Wales Hospice by dedicating a leaf on our Celebration Tree. This beautiful iron tree takes pride of place inside  the Hospice, and leaves are available in copper, silver and gold, and there is also a special golden acorn too.
 
The tree celebrates not only the wonderful and amazing care that we provide, but also the incredible support of our local community - YOU!
 
Without you and your generosity, we would not be able to provide our invaluable services to those in our care. Show you care, and dedicate your leaf today.

Your leaf
 
Your leaf will be engraved with your dedication before being installed on the tree, where it will remain for one year.  After one year, your leaf will be removed from the tree and returned to you, or you can extend your support and make a further donation for your leaf to remain on the tree for another year.
 
You can make a one-off donation for your leaf, or spread the cost over the year .
 
Copper Leaf
A copper leaf can be engraved with one line of text - usually your name or the name of a loved one.  We suggest a donation of £75.00 for a copper leaf, which could pay for arts and crafts supplies for our patients attending Outreach. This includes making memory boxes for our patients to give to their loved ones.
 
Silver Leaf
A slightly larger silver leaf can be engraved with up to two lines of text, giving the opportunity for a short message.  We suggest a donation of £100.00 for a silver leaf, which could pay for complementary therapy sessions with our qualified therapist.  These are available for patients, and are also offered as part of the bereavement process for relatives.
 
 
Gold Leaf
A large gold leaf can be engraved with three lines of text, for a longer message.  We suggest a donation of £150.00 for a gold leaf, which could pay for lymphoedema outpatient appointments, offering pain relieving treatments for this painful swelling condition
 
Gold Acorn
A large gold acorn can be engraved with four lines of text. If you want your message to stand out, this one is for you.  We suggest a donation of £200.00 for a gold acorn, which could pay for physiotherapy sessions.  These sessions often help patients with their mobility, a great step for getting them back home where possible.
