Light up a Life 2024

It's a time to remember

Make a dedication and donate

As we head towards the festive season, we often think more about those we have loved and lost. Whilst Christmas can be a time filled with warmth and joy, it is also a time for reflection and remembrance for the special people who have touched our lives.

We invite you to remember your loved ones through our Light up a Life appeal. Each donation represents a life well lived and a love that continues to shine.

The Bate family will be supporting Light up a Life this year in memory of their loving father, Des. They will be
taking part in one of the services of remembrance and fundraising for the appeal.

They ask people in the local community to support the appeal by making a donation and if possible, to attend one of the services.

Des’ children say, “We will never forget the care our dad received. It was amazing and we were able to create lasting memories, for which we will be eternally grateful. The Hospice helped take care of our dad and gave him the best care and support they could.”

“Donating to this fantastic cause does make a real difference. Everyone went above and
beyond making things easier and as a family, we can’t thank them enough.”
