Volunteer in our shops

Help raise vital funds for hospice care by volunteering in one of our charity shops.

Support hospice care on your local high street

Our charity shops play a vital role in funding the care we provide for patients and families. By volunteering in one of our shops, you help turn donated goods into essential income that supports hospice services in our community.

Shop volunteering is friendly, flexible and a great way to meet new people while making a meaningful difference.

What shop volunteers do

Shop volunteers support our retail teams in a variety of ways, including:

  • Welcoming and assisting customers
  • Sorting and preparing donated items
  • Pricing and displaying goods
  • Operating tills and handling sales
  • Creating attractive shop displays
  • Keeping the shop tidy and organised

Flexible roles

We welcome volunteers of all ages and backgrounds.

Whether you can give a few hours a week or more regular time, we’ll work with you to find a role and schedule that suits your lifestyle.

No previous retail experience is needed.

We provide all the training and support you need.
