Free Will Service

We can help you write or update your Will, completely free of charge.

Peace of mind for you and your loved ones

Having an up-to-date Will is the only way to make sure the people and causes you care about are looked after in the future. Writing a Will gives you clarity, reassurance and control over your wishes.

Once you’ve taken care of friends and family, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider leaving a gift to The Prince of Wales Hospice. Gifts in Wills help us plan ahead and continue providing care for our community.

Free Will writing with a local solicitor

Thanks to the generous support of local solicitors, you can have your Will professionally written free of charge.

These face-to-face appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

This service covers standard Wills, mirror Wills for couples, and simple amendments to an existing Will. Your solicitor will explain any additional costs if you need a home visit or more complex advice, such as tax planning.

Our supporting solicitors

This is made possible because these firms kindly donate their time and expertise to support the Hospice. We are very grateful to them.
