Free Will Service

Get help to write or update your Will

We can support you write or update your Will, free of charge!

We just ask you to consider a gift in your Will to help hospice care to be available for future generations.

We can offer you the following Free Will Services:

Face to Face Free Will Writing

Thanks to the support of local solicitors, you can have your Will expertly written FREE OF CHARGE.

This is only possible due to local solicitors kindly giving their time and services to support the Hospice.  We would like to say thank you to Carters Solicitors, Ison Harrison Solicitors, JWP Solicitors, Ridley & Hall Solicitors and Switalskis Solicitors for their on-going support.

Please note that our Free Wills appointments are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of appointments will depend on the solicitors and what they are able to offer. We will contact you to inform you if you have been given an appointment.

This offer extends to writing standard Wills (or mirror Wills for couples) or amendments to your existing Will.  The solicitors will inform you of any possible charges should you require a home visit or specialist advice such as tax planning.

Once you’ve taken care of friends and family, The Prince of Wales Hospice would be extremely grateful if you would consider supporting them with a gift in your Will. Gifts in Wills allow the Hospice to plan for the future.

There is also an opportunity to make a donation to the Hospice if you choose to.
