Tribute Pages

Remember a loved one

A tribute page is a special online space where you can remember a loved one. You can share photos, stories and memories with family and friends, while helping to raise important funds for The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract. It’s a simple and meaningful way to keep their memory alive and support local hospice care.

How a tribute page works

  • You create an online tribute page in the name of your loved one.
  • You can add photos, memories and stories that celebrate their life.
  • You can share the page with family and friends, and they can add their own messages and pictures too.
  • Any donation in memory or fundraising activity made for your loved one will be added to your page total.
  • Your tribute page stays online as a permanent memorial, so you can visit it at any time.

This is a lovely way to bring people together, especially those across area who may not be able to attend the funeral or memorial in person.

Gift Aid on tribute donations

When you set up a tribute page, eligible donations can include Gift Aid.

This means the hospice receives an extra 25p for every £1 donated, at no extra cost to you or your supporters.

Gift Aid helps your loved one’s tribute make an even bigger difference to hospice care.
