How we celebrate Complementary Therapy week
This week, we are celebrating National Complementary Therapy Week.  Our Complementary Therapy services promote relaxation and reduce anxiety through massage, Reiki and much more, providing time to let go of tensions.

See our hints and tips how you can ease your stress and tension:
  • Two minute mediation:
    • Follow the breath as it flows into your body and again as it leaves.
    • Take a deep breath if you can and fill up your stomach and lungs.
    • Hold it for two seconds then slowly let it go.
    • Do this three times and see how good it feels.
  • Connect and stimulate your body, mind and soul. Learn a new skill, listen to music, create art, doodle and have fun!
  • Gratitude. Start a journal: Express your thoughts and feelings. We suggest to list five things a day starting with “I am grateful for…” and why I'm grateful for them.
  • Activity: Stretching or any level of exercise promotes feel good hormones in our bodies. Try a gentle walk in the park, connecting with nature has proven to enhance our wellbeing.
  • Be kind to yourself, do what you love, and eat well.
  • Sleep well by using our self care tips:
