Here at the Hospice, we are lucky to have the support of many wonderful people, and Tony Lloyd is one of them. Tony frequently stops by our Monday Drop-In Coffee Group at Featherstone Library for a chat. His visits are always a delight and his creative talents have made a significant impact on our Hospice shops. Tony loves art and generously creates posters for local charities and shops. Recently, we’ve been fortunate to receive some of his posters to display in our Hospice shops, which have helped to spread the word about our services and events. You’ll find examples of Tony’s work in our charity shops and many other locations across Castleford, Airedale, Pontefract and Wakefield. His contributions add a unique and personal touch, reminding us of the power of creativity to inspire and uplift. Tony is a member of Millennium Support, who support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in the community. Millennium Support regularly volunteer at the Hospice and are keen supporters, taking part in many fundraising events over the years. If you visit one of our shops, keep an eye out for Tony’s artwork. Thank you, Tony, for sharing your talents!
