We have partnered with EDGE Travel Worldwide www.edgetravelworldwide.com to bring this exciting three part challenge to raise funds for The Prince of Wales Hospice to celebrate our 30th Anniversary in 2019.

The Land Sea and Air challenge is a two day challenge which involves three elements. The Land and Sea part is in North Wales and the Air phase is in North Shropshire.

The cost of this challenge is £450 per person to complete the challenge, plus a suggested sponsorship of £500 per person. Full support is given at each stage to ensure each participant is able to take part and raise the suggested sponsorship. There is a minimum of 10 participants and a maximum of 15 participants to make the challenge viable and it will take place from 18th - 19th June 2019.

Land Phase
This will involve starting on Snowdon walking Crib Goch ridge and the doing a circular walk down to Llyn Gwynant Lake. This is approximately six miles.

Sea Phase
Crossing Lyln Gwynant Lake which is suitable for all abilities i.e. swimmers and non-swimmers – buoyancy aids are provided, safety line and safety boat. To cross the lake all participants at the edge of the lake will be taught how to waterproof their walking gear and use it as a buoyancy aid in addition to the one they will wear, all participants will then get into the lake and cross it.

That evening participants will stay in a nearby camp site with hot showers and have a BBQ. The following morning all participants will be taken to North Shropshire to conduct the Air phase.

Air phase
The Air phase will see participants tandem free fall and parachute from 10,000 ft at Tilstock Airfield in North Shropshire www.skydivetilstock.co.uk. Once the Air phase is complete all participants are free to travel home.
