Christmas Fundraising Success!

Thanks to your help and kind donations, our patients and their families had a very caring Christmas. Take a look at the incredible amounts you raised for local patients...

A magical Christmas

It cost £72,000 to run the Hospice for the 12 days of Christmas. We're thrilled to tell you, your Christmas fundraising raised £108,252. You made Christmas special for so many:

Light up a Life: We are delighted that our Light up a Life appeal raised an incredible £30,147. Our services of remembrance took place once again and we live streamed the service from the Hospice gardens so people could come together from far and wide to remember their loved ones.

A caring Christmas: With thanks to kind and generous supporters like you, we were able to help patients and their families create special memories. For some families it was their last Christmas together. Your kind donations to our a caring Christmas appeal raised £11,646.

Christmas raffle: Our lucky winners scooped an amazing £5,000 between them. We felt like we were winning with every raffle ticket stub returned to us. Thank you to everyone who took part, you raised £14,124 for Hospice care at Christmas.

Reindeer Run: At Christmas, Santa enlisted thousands of mini reindeers to help raise funds for the Hospice. An incredible 11,000 children took part in our Reindeer Run - dashing, dancing and prancing along the way, raising over an amazing £44,132.

Christmas tree collections: In January, with the help of our dedicated volunteers we collected 592 trees through our collection scheme, which raised £8,203.
