Ilkley Cow and Calf Tyrolean Traverse and Abseil Challenge

High on Ilkley Moor, the iconic Yorkshire Cow and Calf Rocks are a large rock formation consisting of an outcrop and boulder, also known as Hangingstone Rocks.

This combined experience is a fantastic challenge for you to take on and show your support to hospice care. 

45 feet Tyrolean traverse: A Tyrolean traverse involves you dangling from a harness on a rope to get across between two rocks.  Participants pull themselves across with the help of other participants and instructors on the other side.

70 feet abseil:  It is an adrenaline fuelled activity involving controlled sliding down a rope to descend a rock face. 

​It is suitable for everyone from 10year+, and no previous experience or specific skills are required.
