Light Up A Life

Celebrate the life of someone special this Christmas

Christmas is a time when we remember our loved ones, and Light up a Life provides an opportunity for families and friends to remember those no longer with us.

Dedicate a light in memory of your loved one and you will receive a Light up a Life card bearing their name.  Your dedication will appear in our Book of Lights, and also in the Pontefract and Castleford Express and the Hemsworth and South Elmsall Express.

Our services bring people together to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones through readings, hymns and the lighting of candles.

Brand new for this year!  Give a gift of between £30 and £100 and you will receive an exclusive Light up a Life pin badge*.  For a gift of £100 or more you can have a beautiful lantern dedicated to your loved one on display at the Hospice garden event.  Your lantern will be yours to keep after the event.
The lanterns have kindly been donated by RWE Generation UK

Dedicate your light using the link below, or download a dedication form.

Your gift will not only Light up the Life of your loved one, it will help care for our patients and their loved ones this Christmas.  Thank you.

Light up a Life is kindly supported by Consort Healthcare Ltd
