Michelle's progress:
Wow! Where do we even start? Michelle is flying through her challenges and the pounds are rolling in! Her total is on the brink of reaching an incredible £17,000 and she’s not even half way through her fundraisers yet.

If you spot Michelle out and about in the community, you might notice something different about her... her shaved head! Yes, that’s right, Michelle shaved her head to raise money for us, after she dyed it Hospice blue first of course. She also inked the flower from her florist logo behind her ear; there is nothing this incredible woman wouldn’t do to support our Hospice.

Michelle completed her twentieth challenge yesterday, a flower demonstration workshop here at the Hospice.  Her class of 15 were shown how to create a beautiful hanging baskets of flowers. Michelle made it look so simple and with her guidance everyone’s baskets turned out blooming lovely – excuse the pun. The workshop raised a fantastic £358 and everyone had a great time socialising, eating yummy homemade cakes and learning the tricks of the trade.

What’s next for Michelle?

10 August:
Michelle's Flowers and Pontefract Scooter Club would like to invite you to re-live the Pont Dance!
Rockability Trio & The Memphis Cruisers  - Live Bands, Auction, Raffle, DJ Phil Beddows and much more!
Tickets are £10pp and can be purchased from Michelle's Flowers or Pontefract Scooter Club.

17 August: Dare devil Michelle is taking on a zip wire through Mount Snowden.

25 August: We can’t wait to see what whacky invention Michelle will ride to victory (hopefully) at the Ackworth Pram Race.
