Tuesday, 9 August 2016

Stapleton Dance Studio, near Wormersley gathered their troops to raise much needed funds for The Prince of Wales Hospice and Zumba for a full 2 hours. Organised by Jess Gamlin, the group of 32 ladies have raised £750 for the hospice through this energetic event.
The event included a cake sale and raffle alongside the Zumba and was enjoyed by all. Talking about why she organised the event, Jess said “We felt like it was something we were in a position to do and really wanted to help out any way we could. I feel if we all do what we can when we can, with what we've got we can make a real difference.”
Alice, Events and Community Fundraising Assistant at the Hospice said, “Thanks so much to Jess and all at the dance studio for their efforts, it’s always great to get involved with new groups and they’ve done a fantastic job!”
