15th Anniversary for Hospice Craft Fayre!

Sunday, 5 November 2017
Fabulous festive Craft Fayre in aid of The Prince of Wales Hospice is back for it’s 15th year, with handmade goods available for that special Christmas gift or to treat yourself!
Hospice volunteer fundraiser, Pat Rhodes, has been busily crafting away ready for her landmark  Craft Fayre. The event takes place at the King’s Croft Hotel in Pontefract and stalls for the event always sell out in double quick time.
Pat is always careful about who gets the chance to be there. Pat says, “If it’s not handmade, then they don’t get in. It means anyone coming can be confident that when they buy, they are getting a truly unique item.”
There will be over 40 crafters from around Yorkshire selling beautiful and unusual handmade items including jewellery made from antique cutlery, fairies, angels and memory lockets.
You could find that special gift for a special someone or simply treat yourself, and at the same time you will be supporting the Hospice.
Last year saw the event raise over £1,500 for the Hospice and Pat is hoping to top that amount this year.
The Craft Fayre will take place Sunday 12th November between 10am and 4pm. Admission is £1 per person, including a prize draw ticket on the day.
