Our Collaborative Chief Executive Office

Our six directors form one Collaborative Chief Executive Office and takes shared responsibility for the day to day running of the Hospice and carrying out the development of the strategy on behalf of the Board of Trustees. This is a job that would traditionally be fulfilled by a single Chief Executive Officer. This structure shows the Board of Trustees commitment to leaders working together to develop the Hospice for the benefit of local people.
