Day Hospice cares for patients who attend during the day, to help them maximise their quality of life while continuing to live at home.

Patients are assessed and are offered a place to attend one day a week and are cared for by a team that includes Doctors, Nurses, Physiotherapist, Chaplain and Social Worker.

The day hospice leader and the Multi-Professional Team will review the patients place in the day hospice periodically.

Transport can be provided and in addition to a hot lunch many patients enjoy many types of complementary therapies.
