If you would like to make a comment, positive or otherwise, about the hospice or the care it provides, we would welcome your feedback.

If possible, comments should be made in writing to David Stewart, Chief Executive. It is our policy to learn from your feedback and to take appropriate action speedily if required.

We have a specific procedure to ensure complaints are dealt with promptly and a full copy of this is available on request.

If you’d prefer to talk to someone outside the Hospice about your care, please contact the Care Quality Commission.
