We do not recommend that you try and write your own Will. Always use a legally trained person, ideally a solicitor or your bank manager.

If you don’t already have contact with a solicitor, you can use a new web-based service called totallyFREEwills.
You complete your wishes in a number of stages on-line, which you can review, change, stop and start at any. Once you have finished your wishes are submitted to a solicitor who creates your Will and will send you a copy to sign. When you return it, it will be stored securely so it can be quickly retrieved by your Executors in the event of your death. You will not be charged any money by your solicitor for this service.
Make a Will Week Each autumn, a number of local solicitors offer their will-making services to hospice supporters free of charge for one week only. The solicitors who took part in Make a Will Week 2008 are listed below – and we thank them for their terrific support.
