Volunteer Driver Wanted
Do you enjoy driving? Could you spare a couple of hours on a Tuesday or a Thursday?
We urgently require volunteers to drive patients to and from appointments at The Prince of Wales Hospice. We are looking for anyone with a driver's license and their own car or willing to drive the hospice's minibus. Training on the minibus will be provided.
John Sweeting, one of our volunteer drivers said,
"I have been a volunteer driver for the past eleven years and enjoyed every minute of it. I have met some lovely people and gained a tremendous amount of satisfaction. I would urge anyone with a bit of time to spare to think about volunteering at the Hospice. You will find it very rewarding and make a lot of new friends."
If you are interested in finding out more please call Amanda Henderson on 01977 708868 extension 471 or e-mail ahenderson@pwh.org.uk.
