All we can do... to get you involved

Asda stores and the depots at Normanton and South Elmsall help the Hospice with gifts in kind for fundraising, and for our patients and their visitors.  Members of staff are always keen to get involved by entering teams into our fundraising events like the Santa Dash, making a work day out fun whilst helping to make a difference! In 2012, kind hearted ASDA colleagues donated their morning on Mothers' Day to help us decorate our conservatory and make it a really special day for the Mums and their families. Visit www.asda.com.

CHEP Pontefract provide pallets and containers to some of the world's best-loved companies, and they provide invaluable support to the Hospice too. In 2012, 15 CHEP employees took part in a skydive and raised a truly fantastic £11,869 for the Hospice. They've also entered teams into our fundraising events, donated their pre-loved possessions to our shops to be sold, held their own fun days on site and given employees time out of work to help us decorate here at the Hospice! We are delighted to be named as CHEP Pontefract's Charity Of The Year. Visit www.chep.com.

G3 Remarketing sell thousands of cars every year, and have pledged to donate £1 from every sale to the Hospice. They're also crazy enough to join in with our challenge events, with training well underway for the London Marathon next year! We are delighted to be named as G3 Remarketing's Charity Of The Year. Visit www.g3remarketing.co.uk.

Local Solicitors and Estate Agents, Hartley & Worstenholme are loyal supporters of the Hospice, raising and donating money every year. They hold an annual fundraising week and are always up for a challenge event, or two! Visit www.hartley-worstenholme.co.uk.

HARIBO, the UK’s leading gums and jellies brand, has been a Hospice supporter for a number of years providing sweet treats and financial donations from annual fundraising campaigns. Goldbear, HARIBO’s brand mascot, has often visited the Hospice to take part in family events and activities, this always puts a smile on the faces of those who come along to share in the fun. The support and donations received by the brand are very much appreciated. Visit www.haribo.co.uk.

Financial advisory services, Oakworth Consultancy Services is the long-standing sponsor of our Memory Walk. Their annual donation helps to cover the costs of this event, which raises more than £10,000 every year! The generous support from the directors also sees them participate in the event, come rain or shine. Visit www.oakworthconsultancy.co.uk.

Scottish and Southern Energy has a long-running partnership with the Hospice and continue to be a fantastic support year on year. SSE has helped to cover the costs of some of our biggest fundraising events so that we can dedicate more of the money raised to Hospice care. They’re also committed to giving staff time out of work to help us maintain our extensive gardens here at the Hospice, which is invaluable! Visit www.scottish-southern.co.uk.
