A visually spectacular fun-run takes place every year from the Hospice itself – the annual . Every entrant can receive a Santa suit in advance of the race and Santa’s as young as three weeks and as mature as 71 have completed the dash and got their finisher’s medal.
The more relaxing is a family-friendly stroll through the countryside each spring. Many walk in memory of someone special, releasing a balloon in their memory as the Walk is launched, but others just come for the atmosphere, exercise and fresh air.
