For satellite navigation systems, please refer to Minden Place, Pontefract, rather than the hospice post code, the hospice is next to this road, on Halfpenny Lane. 

• Exit the M62 at junction 32

• At the roundabout at the end of the sliproad take the Pontefract exit.

• At the next roundabout follow signs for Pontefract.

• Continue straight through the traffic lights and over the bridge.

• Move over to the right hand lane, then the filter lane, to turn right immediately after the Renault garage - into Halfpenny Lane.

• The Prince of Wales Hospice is about ¾ of a mile down this road, on the right hand side.

A car park is provided very close to the entrance of the hospice, though patients and disabled visitors may be dropped off at the door.  When leaving your vehicle unattended please ensure all windows and doors are secure.  The hospice regrets it is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property.

There is a bus stop on Halfpenny Lane, just outside the Hospice.  An up-to-date timetable is available at Reception.
